Home/Family Support

Family support

You do not have to navigate it alone

We help families find and access the school-based, behavioral health and community resources their children need, and we stand beside you along the way.

Family resource navigation and advocacy

Guidance, referrals and a steady hand

When a child is struggling emotionally or behaviorally, families often face confusing systems: school evaluations, special education plans, insurance, waiting lists and many different providers.

Our staff help families identify and access school-based services (such as IEPs and 504 plans), behavioral health resources and community supports. We provide guidance, referrals and advocacy assistance so you can navigate these systems with confidence and support your child effectively.
